A bit faster, tidier start to creating a study
Until now, the the study creation flow opened with two near-empty steps back-to-back: one screen for the study name, then a second screen for choosing whether you offer a product or service. And when you eventually reached the Product details step, you'd find the Tags field even though tags have nothing to do with your product.

We have streamlined these to one step. The study name, product/service selector, and Tags input are now all on the first screen of the wizard. You can name your study, set its type, and tag it for organization before you've written a single line of product copy. The step count is one shorter, and the placement of Tags now matches the quick edit modal, so the experience is consistent wherever you work.
Settings: everything in one place

The Settings page previously had two separate tabs: "User Settings" and "Account Settings" which both edited your personal account. There was no real reason for the split. We've merged them. Your profile, password, notifications, and display preferences are all now under a single "User Settings" tab.

Improved Control of Your Survey Questions
Until now, the questions in your studies were "fixed". You could influence them through your product name and description, but you couldn't change the wording itself, and if something read awkwardly, there was nothing you could do about it.

That's now changed. When creating a study you can now review each survey question, and if the wording sees off, choose from three AI-generated alternatives before you launch. Every option preserves the original intent and structure of the question, only the phrasing differs, so you get the flexibility to pick what fits your product best - without risking the validity of your results.
On top of that, all questions now go through an automatic semantic check at creation, so even if you don't customize anything, the wording that goes out to respondents will be natural and contextually accurate for your product and language.
Enter Details by Referencing Your Product URL

Writing a product description from scratch just to set up a study is busywork. Now you can paste your product page URL directly into the description field. Priceagent fetches the page, pulls the relevant content, and uses it consistently across your entire study — intro, questions, and all — in any language you run it in.
The result: less setup time, fewer errors, and studies that accurately reflect your product from the moment you launch them.
Faster Data Collection, Automatically
The accuracy of your study results depends partly on how well the target audience is defined relative to the overall market. We have improved backend settings for locating your audience, based on your product description and your past research, to improve accuracy, resulting results rolling in faster. You don't need to configure anything, it happens in the background every time you launch.

Target Specific States in your Price Checks

Running a Price Check in the US or Canada? You can now target a specific state or province instead of the entire country. The US and Canada cover enormous geographic and economic diversity - and now your research can reflect that. When selecting either country during study setup, simply choose the region you want to focus on.
Enterprise & Partner users: Request Custom Study In-App

You can now kick off a request for a custom study directly from the "Create new study" screen. Look for the new card, fill in the form, and our team will follow up — no need to reach out separately.

Floor Price, Premium Price & Safe Zone — now visible in your results
Pricing decisions used to require a lot of manual interpretation of your demand curve. You'd look at the chart, try to identify where demand starts to drop off, and make a judgment call. Now, Priceagent does that work for you.

When you run a General Market analysis, you'll now see three key price points highlighted directly in your results: both as KPI's and on the demand curve chart. The price points are:
Floor Price
— the price point below which demand starts to drop significantly. A useful lower boundary when setting your price.Premium Price
— the highest price point still within the strong demand zone. Going above this risks losing a notable share of buyers.Safe Zone
— the range between Floor and Premium where your price balances demand and revenue most effectively. These price points are available for all General Market studies. You'll find them in the key metrics at the top of your results and highlighted on the demand chart. Of course, you'll also find them in the studies grid:

So - whether you're validating a price point, preparing a recommendation, or anything in between, these indicators give you a clear, defensible answer over your whole market, straight from the data.
Read all about these price points in our Help Center, and log on to see them in your studies!

We've also added sort and filter throughout all grid columns, helping you find and compare your studies the way you need to. This massive update to the grid will help you compare studies on a high level, find the right ones, and gett a better overview of your data.
Organize Studies with Tags

We've just added tags to our studies. This mean you can add custom Tags to your studies, group them by your research by season, region, or product line, or any other way. Use the new multi-choice filter in the study grid to see exactly what matters to you.
We know that pricing doesn't exist in a vacuum—it's driven by how your customers perceive your product in the wild. To give you a complete picture of your market landscape, we now support Image Attachments within your Price Checks. This feature bridges the gap between raw data and visual reality, allowing your team to capture photos of competitor displays, packaging, and shelf placement alongside price points.

By showing exactly what the customer sees, you can improve the mindset of the customer and get price walls and plateaus related to your exact product.
Adding an image costs an additional 100 credits, and is available for all plans except our free trial.

Market Insights (formerly Data Resources):

We want our platform to speak your language. We've Changed "Data Resources" into "Market Insights" to better reflects the strategic value you gain from our free studies library, where we frequently published market surveys.
Edit Survey Names Anytime

Made a typo? Changed your naming convention? You can now edit survey names even after launch. Your internal reporting stays clean and professional.
Language Precision
We fixed a bug where survey intros sometimes mixed languages. We also made an update to ensure "Price Pulse" are always delivered in English.

Our respondent statistics categories have been updated to better reflect the data behind them:
- Qualified is now Completes:respondents who successfully qualified for the survey and completed it, forming basis for the study results.
- Low Quality Terminate:respondents initially qualified but terminated during the survey due to failing quality check rules.
- Screened Out:respondents who are qualified, but did not respond correctly to the initial qualification question checking eligibility for the survey.
- Timed-Out is now Disqualified:respondents considered for the survey but were terminated because they were found to be ineligible. Reasons for disqualification include taking the survey multiple times (duplicate) or exiting the survey prematurely.
Read more about respondent data in our user guide article (locked for users only).
